What a brilliant first session of the Community Catalysts we had yesterday evening!
Alongside Lydia from The Poverty Alliance - Sammy and Paulina co-taught a fantastic introductory session on human rights, with the new cohort of 12 young people learning all about the creation of the declaration of human rights and the different articles, through to creating their own planets with all they believed that humans need to lead happy, healthy and safe lives.
In our next session we will move into looking at health inequalities faced by Roma today and throughout history, led by Romani studies scholar and activist Rosa Cisneros.
